The first room that everyone sees in our home is the entryway. People frequently fail to notice this area and unable to decorate it. We have to remember that this area would make a big impression if at first it looks managed and pleasurable. There are a lot of ways to maintain this area pleasant to the eye. Here’s some of the things that we can use in decorating the entryway:
1. Having a small chandelier at the entryway is a great idea. If we have a stylishly themed home, the entryway is a good area to begin implementing this theme by having small chandelier off the ceiling. The looks of this area would definitely be different because of unique lighting.
2. We can also hang paintings in the wall. It would also be great to see stunning artworks in the entryway or along the hall way. The aisle would not look plain and dull if there are accents like this. It is fine to have painting with monochromatic color scheme so it will not contrast with other decors. But, if the idea of having a painting is to make it appear wonderful it would still be fine to have vibrant hues.
3. Having a mirror is also a great alternative if we do not have pricey artworks. Many home chooses to have mirrors at the entryway because it lets the entryway looks roomy.
4. We can have a sofa table in the entryway. It is best to put vases with fresh flowers on top of sofa table. There are others who also showcase candles in candle holders on top of sofa table. A great example of sofa table is the Aico furniture.
5. It’s fine to have sideboard furniture in the entryway as well. Sideboards look best in holding bigger stuffs like frames, lamp and big vases. This is also best than sofa table because it has drawers and cabinet storage space. We can keep some stuffs that are not needed in the entryway.
Making a good impression to our guest and relatives would be simpler. Finally, by keeping this area clean the beauty and elegance of the decorations will stay at its good condition.
